No unpasteurized cheese, no-alcohol, prevent no rare steaks, pâté and fois gras.

ENGLAND

Avoid caffeine around possible. Do not take a lot more than 300mg of coffee per day.

NIGERIA

Avoid passive and active smoking. Do not eat papaya which offers the enzyme Papain. Study indicates that it works like oxytocin and prostaglandin causes work or strengthens labour contractions. No tea with foods since tea reduces iron absorption.
