Grounded tv got down with The Zolas for a live performance of their song Cab Driver.
The Zolas' debut album 'Tic Toc Tic' mixes infectious indie-pop songs with hairpin turns, schizoid piano throwdowns, and a sort of cabaret strut. This prog-pop treasure chest is equal parts catchy and cryptic; it's like Justin Timberlake meets The Beatles, or maybe Coldplay meets The Clash.

Fortune Sound Club & Grounded TV Presents Donnis.
Although born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Donnis didn’t start officially rapping until he was stationed in Japan while on duty with the Army. Donnis 25, spent four years in the U.S Air Force, where his military colleagues saw promise in his skill and urged him to perform at local clubs. Soon after he decided to finally pursue a career in the rap industry.
He performed at the “Bay to the A” concert in Anaheim, CA in early 2007 featuring rap’s heavy hitters Lil’ Jon, T-Pain and Rick Ross. A globetrotter whose been rapping and writing verses for years, Donnis has traveled to Thailand and South America and lived in Colorado, before making rap his full-time livelihood. Crump actually began his career in Atlanta. The young artist started creating rhymes when he was only 9 years old.

Grounded TV was fortunate to sit down with Boots from The Coup and Souls of Mischief last weekend. We took this time to talk to them about the killing of Oscar Grant last new years in Oakland California at the hands of a police officer while held down by two other officers.

While many people enjoy singing in the shower, Georgia Murray has always preferred singing on the toilet.
Thanks to an acute case of irritable bowel syndrome as a youth, Georgia got a lot of practice.
But like her dad always said, either shit or get off the pot.
Taking his advice, Georgia decided she wanted to put her talents (singing) to the test.
Accompanied by her dad on guitar, she began performing for the guests at her family's business in Port McNeill.
