On February 21st, join us at The Reef Restaurant (1018 Commercial Drive) from 5-10pm. The Templeton Secondary School Band will be playing for the first hour with DJ Lady Lane spinning from 7- 10pm. Then on February 23rd    it’s PAR-TAY time!!! Shaolin Soul: Foundations of WU pays tribute to the legendary Black artists that inspired hip-hop’s The Wu-Tang Clan. Held at Fortune Sound Club (147 E. Pender) from 9pm ‘til the wee hours, join DJ Lady Lane, DJ SHE, Marlon J. English and friends as they play the best in classic soul, funk, old school, R&B…and of course, Wu-Tang. And as an added bonus, we’re throwing Vancouver’s first ever Soul-Train Dance-Off competition, with prizes to be won!
