Canadian Hip Hop Group GRAND ANALOG has announced that Ofield (DJ/coProducer) of GA will be releasing a summer MIX TAPE entitled “electroROC 1.0″. The expected release date Is July 1st/2010

Toronto, Ontario (brotherWills) – Taking the WORLD renowned EMCEE Jigga Man (JAY-Z) himself and lacing his tight lyrics and untouchable flow with the grittiest most raw sounds of the last decade was not something anticipated by Grand Analog’s DJ Ofield

The project now titled “electroROC 1.0” was not something planned by the Analog Crew. It was a side project that just continued to grow as far as content and popularity. “I decided to focus more on production and arrangement during a conversation with Benga after I played Shambhala for the first time. The immense soundtrack of the weekend was overwhelming, almost criminal. I like that!!”, says Ofield.

electroROC is an arranged mash of select Jay-Z versus and hooks over everything from Electro, Trip Hop, Dub Step, Hip Hop, and In House Production.
