This exhibition will display over 35 paintings, digital and motion picture animations all created to reflect MEDIAH’s conceptual world. This is MEDIAH’s most extensive collection of work to date, culminating in a single immersive exhibition that will be sure to excite and inspire. DECIMALS REBUILT has travelled to Montreal, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto and after 3 years of development the exhibition will open in Calgary.

DECIMALS REBUILT combines the artistic genres of contemporary painting, street art, and digital media through animation and graphic design into one environment. Each piece draws parallels between human emotion, evolutionary existence and progressive responsibility with spirituality. As part of its functionality, Decimals Rebuilt will introduce the dynamic between social interactions and mathematical principles. The exhibition creates a multilevel atmosphere for its audience.
MEDIAH’s work consists of weaving street art forms with digital media, traditional paint techniques and digital animation. The result is an aesthetic grounding found in many of the forms and approaches employed by Futurist painters of the early 20th century. A stimulating outcome emerges, one which glorifies and captures the essence of speed, motion, dynamism and force to create movement in the image surface. Holding to its true form, MEDIAH’s work simultaneously provides the viewer with not only this glorification of speed relating to the thirst for a faster and more streamline world, but with speed’s unavoidable repercussions–collision, disaster and chaos.
