Grounded TV gets down with the guys of Boombox Saints as well as the ladies from I Heart Van Art, who are putting on the Made In Vancouver Festival in February. Also in this segment is Green Card, an amazing spoken word piece from Toronto’s Boonaa Mohammed.

About the Boombox Saints

Boombox Saints entered the scene in 2000, garnering considerable media attention for their hyped performances alongside some of today’s most successful and respected acts — Kid Cudi, Mos Def, Talib Kweli and Danny Fernandes. Consisting of two devilishly charismatic MCs, and a seductive smooth vocalist, these multi-talented artists provide a searing new sound for the urban music community.

Finishing in the top 3 out of 125 nationwide submissions for UMAC’s 2009 Urban X-posure Triple Threat, the Boombox Saints were signed to a singles digital deal with Nettwerk Records and are prepping to embark on a Canada wide tour.
